Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with KO. Fela was having his breakfast. Say hello to Fela. Took handover from VE. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Teacch board updated with Fela. CC call in and gave some instructions. Fela got ready for the neighborhood walk. Then we go for walk through Chatterley Whitfield to Ford Green. He had his snack and juice in the park then we came back to home. We had a 1:30hr walk today. KO changed Fela’s clothes. He had his lunch, dessert and glass of water. After lunch Fela used the toilet and opened his bowels. We did Makatons. Fela requested for nap so we gave him nap. CC & Michael came in. Fela slept 1 hr. Then we awake him up. He used the toilet and passed urine. Then he had his snack and tea. Marc came in for his shift handover given to him say goodbye to Fela.
