Put music on low and left at 22.10. Asleep by 22.35. Quiet throughout the night. Awoke at 06.25 when I went into Fela’s room. Bed was wet, stripped bed, and we went downstairs and had shower first, assisted with washing then helped dry. Used toilet had bowel movement. Fela then sat after putting robe on and sat, said prayer, had his supplements and then aioe Vera with his breakfast. When finished we went upstairs and went through the morning routine and changed into his day clothes. We came down at 07.45, Fela sat relaxing to music with a cup of tea.
