Said prayer, had head massage, music on low, left at 22.00. Fell asleep by 23.15. Awoke 05.45, asked Fela to use the toilet, he did and retuned to bed 05.50. Rested quietly, and remained awake. Went up with supplements, tea and fruit at 06.55, used the toilet then sat took supplements, fruit and his tea. Fela then got in shower. Assisted out and dried, brushed teeth, went through morning routine then went down for breakfast at 07.45, said prayer and ate. Sat at sofa after. Relaxing listening to music at time of report.
