Shift Report:
Fela was out of the bath at 21.40. Assisted to dry he then brushed teeth passed urine and completed his bedtime routine and in bed by 22.05. Asleep by 22.20. Awoke at 2.08 and used the toilet. Fell back asleep by 3.45 until being woken at 6.10. We came downstairs took supplements and had a shower. Afterwards he brushed his teeth and sat to say prayer and have breakfast. He then took supplements. Afterwards headed upstairs and got ready for the day. He then came downstairs to listen to music. Handover given.
