Fela was out of the bath at 21.50 after brushing teeth and passing urine we headed to his room. Creams applied and said prayer before leaving. Music left on low and 10.5 tog used. Fela was in bed at 22.10. Asleep by 22.30. Fela wake at 2.08 used the toilet and returned to him room bedding was dry. Fell asleep again at 5.10 until 6am. At 6.20 he used the toilet went to his room at 6.30. came downstairs took supplements and water and had a shower. We then had breakfast and supplements. Then went upstairs to get ready. Came downstairs to relax in lounge listening to music.
