I stayed over wr from my sleep shift at 9am fela was still asleep,
I then heard fela at 10am so took up his morning fruit. Fela then requested 5 so gave him 5. I went back up to and prompted him in to the bathroom he got undressed and onto the shower I supported fela with personal hygiene I then signed 10 to fela. I then made fela bed and went downstairs gave fela five .
I went back up to fela and prompted him out of the shower fela completed his routine very well (has been sweating a lot even when baseline). Fela was downstairs and ready for breakfast at 10.40 fela sat down drank he aleo juice then we said prayer I sat with fela while he had his breakfast. Fela then took his supplements once finished fela went sat in his rocking chair.
I updated the board with fela. We then put t.d Jakes in I sat with fela then went and cleaned shower room and deep cleaned fela bedroom. Once finshed with that I went sat with fela but he asked for 5 .
At 12.30pm fela had his lunchtime supplements. Shortly after fela got his shoes on and used toielt past urine. Yhen at 12.50 we left to go to mama and michaels. We arrived abd fela took off his outdoor ware and then went got his apron on.
On my leaveing fela was just sitting down to eat his lunch woth Emma, mama and Michael
