I arrived for my shift at 8.40pm fela was still at mama and Michaels while I waited for fela return I did some chores and got fela bath ready. Fela arrived just before 9pm and went straight into the bathroom I had handover from Michael and Carla. Fela undressed and asked for 5 I gave fela five when I went back into him he had a normal large bowel movement . Fela got into the bath and I supported him with his personal hygiene. Fela then relaxed in the bath.
At 21.50pm i propmted fela out of bath he had his sleep tincture then got himself dry, fela used the toilet and past urine. Fela then headed upstairs had creams applied and put nightware on fela went into bathroom cleaned his teeth. Fela then used the toilets and past urine. Fela got into bed. We said prayer then said good night
I left music on low for fela .
Fela was in bed for 22.10pm fela was asleep by 22.40pm
I didn’t hear fela all night . I heard fela at 6.50am he used the toilet past urine and got back into bed. At 7am I took fela his refreshment up and sat with fela while he had these fela then went in bathroom and sat on toilet and turned shower on.
I checked camera and fela had slept through. Fela possible only had light sleep at times becuase yhere was a lot of blood on fela pillow cases and duvet cover which would indicate fela had been scratching at his keliods in the night.
I prompted fela into the shower at 7.30am and i supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 minutes to fela. I went back up to fela and he completed his morning well but vocal and very sweaty. As fels picked his own clothing this morning and he chose shorts and got long sleeve top out wardrobe. I left vest of felas due to him beging very sweaty
Fela was downstairs and sitting down for breakfast at 8.15am we said prayer fela ate neat and tidy. After breakfast fela took his supplements once he had finished these I did the board with fela.
Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music and got his shoes on ready for Michael arrival.
Michela arrived and I gave hand over
On writing this report fela has just left with Michael to go to green pastures for the day.
