Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath around 22:10. He got dried and did his routine well. He was in bed with lights out by 22:40. Fela was asleep for 23:00. Fela woke at 1:50 owed the toilet and then got back into bed. Fela had not been back to sleep at all I took his supplements up at 5:20 and told fela it was time to sleep. Fela didn’t go back to sleep so I took his fruit and tea up at 6:40 he then got int he showed and did his routine he was down stairs for 7:30 breakfast and supplements had and is now listening to music on the sofa
