Fela had to use his manual brush as the electric one needed to be charged, he passed urine and came to his bedroom at 22:20. He treaded in his bedroom before sitting for me to help him complete the evening routine. He appeared tired during the routine, prayer said and he was in bed at 22:40 and slept at 22:42. First wake at 1:20 when I saw him turning and opened his eyes, I prompted him to come pass urine which he did right away, his bedroom had a temperature of 25.1 at dawn and the fan was on low throughout his sleep. He returned to bed, slept at 1:38 and woke up at 6:22 this morning, I prompted him again to come pass urine, he treaded for a while before coming so by the time he came to the bathroom it was 6:30. We came downstairs when he came out of the bathroom to start his morning routine. He sat to use the toilet, had his waking supplements after, followed with 200ml water. I assisted him to shower and went on to prepare his breakfast, I returned to help him complete the basic needs and he came to the dinning area to eat after praying. Whiles in the shower and breakfast there was music in the background “Lloyd Webber” (Joseph and the Technicolour) and later Louis Armstrong all from jellyfin. He had his supplements afterwards and I went with him to help him get ready for the morning, we returned to the lounge once done and gave a brief of the sleep report to staff present.
