Shift Report:
I arrived for my shift and fela was sitting on the sofa listneing to music. I went and said hello to fela then had handover from Dan and Emma.
Emma then left. Dan went did the board while u started the dinner perpation. Dan gave fela shave and cleaned and creamed fela keliods. Dan then did foot physio and handle with fela.
We then sat down for dinner, fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After fela had finsihed he had his hot chocolate ( I encouraged fela to sign and ask for this). He then wiped down the table.
Fela went sat on tbe sofa with music on, let his dinner settle while fela relaxed I finished washing and drying dishes. I then swept and mopped the floor while doing this I was singing along to fela music, which was getting lots of cheeky smiles and laughs from fela.
we then got our shoes on and fela used the toilet and past urine, once fela had finished in the bathroom we left to go on a neighbourhood walk. Fela was full of smiles while on the walk we completed a smaller walk of 15 minutes ( this was due to me struggling a little bit today with soreness and pain). On retuing home fela went and sat at the table and had his snack.
Once finished he went and sat on the sofa and i started to complete a body map, I then promptd fela into the bathroom, he sat on the toilet got undressed and then asked for 5 had normal bowl movement. Once fela had finished on the toielt i completed the body map. Fela then got in to the bath dan supported fela with his personal hyigene and gave him a facial scrub.
Carla arrived handover given.
On time of writing this report fela is relaxing in the bath.
Fela has been in lovely mood had lots of cheeky smiles and but he has been very very quiet this evening. Had the odd laughter.
