I emptied all bins . At 21.25 gave Fela his sleep mix then assisted him from the bath. I dried his back and Fela did rest. We then went upstairs and went through the night routine. Fela got in bed and did head massage said prayer , music on low and left at 22.10. Fela fell asleep by 22.30. Awoke and used the toilet at 03.25, got back into bed by 03.30. Asleep by about 04.15. Awoke at 07.00. Went up at 07.10 with supplements, tea and fruit. After Fela got into the shower. Been quite vocal since waking. Assisted him from the shower and helped dry. Went through the morning routine, went down for breakfast at 08.10. After messing all over lounge, Fela sat, said prayer and ate. Had supplements, then sat on sofa with a tea. Vocal since waking.Paul and Dan arrived , gave handover, petty cash checked.
