Shift Report:
Arrived on shift with Mina, Esther gave handover. Carla rang with the days advice. Fela was listening to music, Board done and went through with Fela and he agreed. Chores were completed. Snack made and had. We then all got ready and went in the car to the Gym, Fela enjoyed the hour long workout. We went home and Fela listened to music till lunch was ready. We all sat, said prayer and ate. Did makaton, and later had his snack and drink. Kingsley arrived on shift , handover given then I said bye and left.
