On arrival Fela was sat on the sofa listening to music. We had handover and then said hi to Fela. Myself and rob did the board with Fela and let him relax listening to music. Myself and rob then started some chores. Fela had his snack I then left Fela with Rob and Claire to collect the Aldi shopping. When back we both put away his shopping. Fela put on his shoes and used the toilet. He put on his outdoor clothing, myself, rob and Fela headed out for a neighbourhood walk. We walked for a good 40mins Fela did very well and was very sweaty. When back home Fela removed outdoorwear and used the toilet where I changed him completely while Rob observed. He then sat on the sofa listening to music I put the fan on to keep Fela cool. Me and rob made lunch together, Fela sat we all said prayer and Fela ate very well followed by cake and ice cream afterwards. I then updated Felas board leaving him to relax before returning to do makaton. We all did makaton, Fela did well. I then read Fela a story of Pinocchio points to parts of the body from the story. Fela then coloured in a picture and then I made his snack. Later I updated Felas board and started preparing dinner. When dinner was nearly ready Fela took his supplements and then we sat at the dining table said prayer and ate. Fela ate well and had his hot chocolate. Fela then had a facial trim I then cleaned his keyloids Fela was falling asleep while applying cream and plasters. Fela did not want to do any form of exercise due to him being so tired and on an amber alert. Emma gave Fela his snack and I started to run Felas bath. I went through Felas bath routine which he did well he is now splashing in the bath
