BK gave handover when I showed up for my shift. SS was cooking dinner and Fela was on his foot physio exercise, he was vocal too. I updated the TEACCH board, went through with him and then gave him sometime whiles he did the foot physio and I attended to some chores which needed doing. I went to sit beside him whiles he took his supplements later I did the ketone test and he passed urine and bowel movement. He shredded the tissue after using and pull all from the container as well, washed his hands and sat at the dinning table after messing in the dinning area. We prayed, ate and he had his water, hot chocolate drink and cleaned the tables afterwards. He relaxed and later refused exercise, used his shoulder massage, shaved m, keloids cleaned and had his snack. SS ran and assisted him to bathe.
