Fela was out of the bath by 22.00 took his sleep mix I helped to dry his back and used the toilet before heading upstairs. Fela had his creams applied and brushed his teeth using the toilet again before getting into bed. Music left on low. He was in bed by 22.40. Fela fell asleep at 00.10 waking at 1am used the toilet again before getting into bed was back asleep at 1.20 and slept until 6.40. Fela had his shower first and then got dressed (Thermal leggings were used) had his fruit tea and supplements before brushing his teeth and heading downstairs for breakfast. Handover given.
