Fela was promoted out of the bath by 9:45am. He was assisted to dry himself. He brushed his teeth then passed urine , the then went to his room . I assisted with his bed routine. He was in bed by 10:10pm. He slept around 10:15pm.Fela woke at 02:22am and I prompted him through the camera to go to go use the toilet .We checked bed and it was wet , bed changed,Felas clothes changed as well . He went back to sleep at 4:03am. I promoted him up at 6:40am and asked him to use the toilet.We went downstairs and he had his water, then his supplement. He was then assisted to have his shower. Afterward, Fela had his breakfast and his morning supplement . We went upstairs to complete his morning routine before returning to the lounge. Dan and Marc arrived for the morning shift. We gave handing over to them, and we all signed the petty cash.
