I assisted Fela getting out of the bath, went upstairs and went through the night routine, did this very with little messing. Got into bed after brushing his teeth , said prayer and I put music on low and left. Fela was in bed at 22.00. Asleep by 22.30. I heard Fela at 05.00, asked him to use the toilet , which he did and got back into bed within 2 minutes. On looking back he had been awake quiet from 03.00. Once back in bed he rested and was quiet. Still awake at 06.50 so asked Fela to use toilet. Went up with supplements , tea and fruit at 7.00. Fela had been incontinent of urine so asked to go to toilet and got in shower as was wet. Gave Fela 5 then went up and assisted to dry. Then sat after and had supplements tea and fruit. Went through morning routine very well. Went downstairs for 8.00 and sat, said prayer and ate. Had supplements and juice and then sat listening to music. Was vocal at times. Claire and Emma B arrived, gave handover and then I left to purchase rubber water feed pipe for the washer to replace. Returned and replaced pipe. Left at 10.30
