I notice while fela was in the bath he coughed quite a few times I prompted fela out of the bath at 21.45 fela got himself try then used the toielt and past urine,We then headed up stairs. While fela was getting dry he was still coughing.
Fela had creams and oils applied then got his pj’s on. Fela then went into the bathroom cleaned his teeth.Fela then used the toielt and past urine.
Fela then got into bed and we said prayer I said good night. Left music on repeat and on low.
Fela was in bed for 22.00pm and appears to be asleep by 22.45 pm
At 2am heard fela get up go to the toilet and then past urine, fela then got back into and went to sleep by 3am I didn’t hear fela again for rest of the night.
I then heard fela at 8.55am I took his refreshment up and sat with him while he had these. Once finished I propmted fela into the bathroom as he had been incontinent, fela had normal large bowel movement then got into the shower. I supported with personal hygiene.
