On arrival Fela was sitting in the lounge. Had handover from Loretta and signed petty cash. Fela was on edge not happy. We decided to cancel Green door and reschedule for next week due to his mood and being on a red alert and offer walk at home instead. Board was updated and Fela agreed to all. Chores were started and rang Green door. Fela was given anti-anxiety oil with his hankie. He had his snack and we did walk with Nick afterwards which he did very well. Fela relaxed listening to music until lunch was served. We all sat and prayed together and Fela had lunch. Afterwards Fela said ‘no’ to drying the dishes he then returned to the lounge and was persuaded to take a nap after replying no on numerous occasions. He appeared to have slept for 15mins before he woke back up. We later did makaton and read a story (giraffe and his bike). Fela then had his snack. Communication book done together he then started foot physio. Handed over to Marc.
