Arrived at Fela’s and said hello as he was in the bath. We counted petty cash and had handover from Anne and Mina. Anne and Mina left and I assisted Fela from the bath, Fela threaded and messed a little then we went upstairs and went through the night routine. Fela was in a playful happy mood. He then brushed his teeth and after messing and threading passed urine and he got in bed at 22.15 and I gave a massage and then said prayer, music on low and left. Fela got up twice messing threading them settled . Was asleep by 00.00 . Awoke 06.15. Asked Fela if he’d like to use the toilet and he shook his head saying no. Went up to Fela at 06.55 and had been incont asked Fela to go into shower. I stripped the bed. Used the toilet and had bowel movement. Had supplements, fruit and tea. Once in shower gave him 5 and then assisted Fela from the shower. Dried his back and Fela did remainder. Brushed his teeth. Went through the morning routine, did well and then went down for breakfast at 07.50. Sat said prayer and ate. Had supplements. Fela cleaned his table then sat relaxing on the sofa listening to music. At 08.48 Fela became agitated, vocal rocking vinously on the sofa. After a couple minutes he calmed.
