Assisted Fela from the bath, dried all then we went upstairs and went through night routine , I checked Fela all over for body map, see map. Fela then brushed his teeth, got into bed. Said prayer, gave massage , music on low and I left at 22.15. Asleep by 22.35. Awoke 05.10, asked Fela to use the toilet, did so passing urine and returned to bed 05.15. Remained awake, went up 06.30 and been incont of urine so got into shower, assisted out and dried, sat on bed, messed for a while and jumping up to ceiling. Had his supplements, tea and fruit. Went through the morning routine then went down for breakfast at 7.45. Had supplements , after breakfast sat on sofa relaxing.
