I arrived at felas for shift and went to greet fela. Fela was sat at the table. Carla and Emma then arrived. We had handover from Julie. Fela seems tired this morning but overall happy. Fela had his snack before we did walk at home, when asked if he would like to do a walk at home fela was enthusiastic and agreed. I then cleaned felas keloids and he sat relaxing to some music. After we offered fela a nap and we did some chores, fela hadn’t actually gone to sleep. I prepared felas lunch and we sat down to eat. Fela used the toilet and had a bowel movent. After lunch fela got agitated. He retreated to the bathroom and was still agitated when he came out. He sat on the settee rocking aggressively, slamming himself into the back of the settee. He was very vocal. We left fela alone. We did some more chores before I prepared felas snack. Fela sat eating his snack and appeared much happier. I cleaned felas keloids again and offered him some oil for his nails as he was itching. He refused. Fela asked for five. We went to sit with fela for a bit whilst he was in a good mood and then Emma B arrived. We had handover and fela was sat relaxing to music. Fela was still relaxing to music upon my departure.
