Fela got out the bath and did his routine well but vocal. He used the toilet before getting into bed. Fela was in bed woth lights out at 22:25. Fela was asleep for around 11
. fela slept untill 4:20 he used the toilet and got back into bed. He had been awake since I took his refreshments up at 6:45 he then did his routine and came downstairs. Breakfast and supplements had and is now listening to music.
i took one of the Kylies of the bed and turned his music up 1, and massaged the sleep oil in extra good
