06/06/2026 – Evening shift – Loretta Panna

Shift Report:

Brandy provided a handover at the start of the shift. When I went to check on Fela, he appeared quiet and calm. I greeted him and he said I should give him five minutes of personal space before returning. I then updated the communication board with him, and he appeared content and settled.

Dinner was prepared and served. When Fela was called to the table, he appeared very happy and eager to eat. He finished his meal very quickly and continued looking at and digging through his plate as though expecting more food, despite the plate being empty. He drunk his hot chocolate.

After dinner, Fela appeared to be looking for something else to eat. He checked the fridge and then opened a kitchen cupboard, where he found pine nuts . He filled his bowl with peanuts, sat in the lounge, and ate them all.

Fela then took part in his therapeutic activities and completed all tasks successfully. Later, he had a phone call with his mother, which he appeared to enjoy very much. He then had a snack.

I shaved Fela while Dan prepared his bath. Fela was cooperative throughout and appeared relaxed. At the time of writing this report, he was in the bath, happily splashing in the water and appearing content.
