On arrival Fela was relaxing watching TD Jake’s. I said hello and then had handover. While Fela was relaxing we started to prepare dinner. When it was nearly ready Emma gave Fela his supplements he then used the toilet and put on his apron before sitting at the table to say prayer he ate well and had his hot chocolate afterwards. Once finished he went to sit on the sofa to continue watching TD Jake’s. I then gave Fela a facial trim afterwards we asked Fela if we could do walk at home he asked for 5 we then asked if he would like the bounce on his gym ball for a bit he said no and refused after asking on multiple occasions. Fela had his snack Emma ran his bath and when finished I assisted Fela into the bathroom and helped him get undressed then left while he had a bowel movement. Emma then continued with the routine and completed well he is now relaxing in the bath.
