Fela got out of the bath at 21.30 and got himself dry I helped with his back we then headed upstairs Fela completed his routine very well I used sleep oil on his back arms and chest i left to fan on low angled to the side of his bed with the music on low. Fela was in bed by 21.50 and was asleep at 22.00. Fela slept through until 3am using the toilet. When back in bed I prompted Fela to sleep but he remained awake. I took his supplements and fruit up at 6.30am. Once finished he entered the shower and completed his morning routine and was downstairs by 8am eating his breakfast. On leaving Fela is relaxing on the sofa listening to music. Handover given.
