Reached at Fela home for my shift. Assisted VE with Fela’s keloids dressing. Fela had his breakfast. RP came in and we took handover from VE. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Teacch board updated with Fela. We did all the chores. Fela had his snacks and juice. Fela had a walk with Jules around 10 mints because Fela was tired. Fela requested for a nap. As he lay down on sofa for his nap at the same time District Nurse came in for Fela’s dressing. Nurse asked us about the (Nurse to Nurse form). CC and Michael came in with the Form. Nurse did the Fela’s Keloids dressing. Nurse also explained that she will arrang the District Nurse vist for the next week. And the next visit will be on ( Tuesday & Friday ) rest they will discuss about the future visits. She spent around 45 minutes then left. CC and MC also left after that. Fela had his lunch, glass of water and dessert. We gave him nap he had a sleep around 1:30hr. We haven’t put the movie on the screen because Fela was sleeping. We awake him up and served him his snack and choice of tea. WA came in and RP Finished his shift. Teacch board updated again. We asked Fela for the Puzzle game but he refused. He used the toilet and opened his bowels. Fela had his medication, Dinner, glass of water and hot chocolate. We gave him foot spa and shoulder massage. Fela had his evening snack and sleepwell tea. Fela had a phonecall with Mama. Assisted Fela in the bath. He was having bath and he was calm. Finished my shift say good bye to Fela.
