Fela became on edge/adjitated as I arrived. Had handover from Marc. Fela was given space due to his adjitation. Board was eventually updated once Fela was calm enough. Carla then arrived to drop of protein powder off but stayed to offer support. Fela was given anti-anxiety oil on a hankie. Willow bark and tiger balm were also given. Fela had been observed coughing and sneezing on occasion. Due to how long the adjitation lasted Fela was given the choice of having dinner at the table or on a tray in the lounge he chose the tray he soon settled and returned to baseline. Enjoyed his dinner and had hot chocolate. Afterwards Carla was about to leave and she explained to Fela that walk at home was finished but Fela became adjitated again he was offered the choice to do walk at home to which he agreed Carla then left. 5 min timer was used and was asked again he said yes again and we did a 10 min walk at home. Fela then had his shoulder massarger for 5 mins before having his snack due to time restrictions. Loretta ran Fela bath while I gave him a shave he appeared much more settled and happier. He was then assisted with his bath and had a bowel movement before entering. Calm in bath.
