On arrival Fela was sat listening to music on the sofa. We had handover from Esther and signed the petty cash. Said hi to Fela, both myself and Ritik asked Fela if he wanted to go swimming he said no on multiple occasions. Carla then phoned with advice for the day as Fela was on an Amber alert again. The board was updated with Fela which he agreed to visiting Green Door. Chores were started and Fela was vocal happy but requested a lot of 5’s. Carla and Micheal come by to say hi. Fela played with his medicine balls until it was time for his snack Snack served and changed his top to a short sleeved one, he then put on his shoes and used toilet before leaving. While at the car Fela went over to next doors window they were not happy. We then left for Green door. Fela did very well completing 4 laps in 30 mins then requesting the car. Fela used the toilet and had an apple and water in the car before leaving to collect the Tesco shopping. Tesco click and collect was collected and then we drove home. Fela was falling asleep in the back of the car. Once home Fela removed his shoes and went to sit while shopping was put away and lunch was prepared. Fela sat for lunch, said prayer and ate followed by cookies. After lunch Fela had a nap. He lay down for 1 hour but appeared to have slept for around 30 mins. He was then served with his snack. King arrived said bye to Fela.
