DW gave handover when I came in for my shift. RP updated the TEACCH board and I said hello to Fela, we started with dinner and later came to do 20 minutes of Gym ball exercise with Fela. He went to used the toilet (pass urine & bowel), washed his hands, dried them and then came to take his supplements. Dinner was served, we prayed and ate afterwards Fela has his hot chocolate and water. He was relaxed to music, keloids cleaned and then hand his foot massaged. He had his evening snack, his bath was ran and RP assisted him with the bath routine. Relaxed in the bathtub as he appeared exhausted.
