Fela was out of bath at 9:50. I assisted him to dry himself and then he brushed his teeth. We then went to his room and completed the evening routine. He was in bed at 10:15. He slept at 10:30. Later at 3:15 he woke up and i prompted him to use the toilet. I went and checked his bed and it was dry. He went back to bed and slept again at 5:25. At 6:35 i went to his room and gently woke him up, we came downstairs, he was vocally unhappy.He had his waking supplement and a glass of water. He then had a shower and brushed his teeth. His breakfast was prepared and served. He had his breakfast and then his supplements though he was very slow. Day staff arrived and we did handover. Carla called to advise on the activity of the day. I then went upstairs with Fela to assist him to get ready for the day. He then came downstairs where he settled in the lounge.
