Shift Report:
All needs met after Fela took his sleepmix when got upstairs at 22:09. A little messing around in his room and then used the toilet (urine). He came to bed at 22:45 after prayer and slept at 01:20. He slept through till 06:41, his bed was wet and I prompted him to use the toilet. He showered and took his morning supplement, brushed his teeth and dressed up. He came downstairs for breakfast and I handed over to MH & EO.
