I prompted fela out of the bath at 10pm fela got himself dry then used toielt and past urine.fela finished in the bathroom we headed up stairs. Fela had all creams and oils applied then got his night time ware on, Fela then went into the bathroom cleaned his teeth and then used toielt and past urine. Once finished fela got into bed. We said prayer and good night. Fela completed his routine well.
Music left on low.
Fela was in bed for. 22.15pm fela was baseline as soon as he lay down. I am unsure what time fela went to sleep as camera have been off line all night
I didn’t hear fela until 4.35am. I prompted fela to the toilet he was very vocal.
I am unsure fela has been awkae as camera have been off line all night. If fela has been awake he has been quiet. Once fela had finished in the bathroom I prompted him to het back into bed. He got back into bed at 4.50am and was vocal on and off until about 5.15am.
I then heard fela at 6 45am I got his refreshment ready and took them up at 6.55am I sat with fela while he had these. Once finished I prompted fela into the bathroom he sat on the toielt past urine then got undressed. He got into the shower at 7.10am I supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 mintues. Fela was very nosiy while in the shower.
I went back up to fela at 7.20am I prompted fela out of the shower he got his self dry, then completed the rest of his routine. Fela needed a lot of prompting completing routine and was very nosiy but completed it well. Fela was downstaorscat 8am got his apron on and sat down and drank his aleo juice at 8.06am. I went finished fela porridge off. We said prayer at 8.10am fela then had his breakfast. Once fela had finished he had his supplements and water.
Fela then went sat on the sofa listned to music and had cup of green tea with lemon. I did the board with fela.
Feka got his shoes on. Mama and Michael arrived handover given.
At time of wrting this report fela has just left with mama and Michael
