When Fela finished his bath, I assisted him to dry himself. He brushed his teeth and then went to his room. Fela was in bed by 22:05. We completed his night routine, and he fell asleep at 22:15.
Fela woke up at 03:20 and went to the toilet independently. He began rearranging items in the bathroom, so I redirected him back to his room. Once there, he started rearranging things again. I had my flashlight on and returned to the staff room, and Fela then went back to bed immediately.
Although he did not go back to sleep, he appeared relaxed and calm, as if trying to rest but finding it difficult to fall asleep again.
At 06:10, I went to his room, and we went downstairs where he had his supplements and a shower. He then brushed his teeth and had breakfast, which he seemed to enjoy. After breakfast, he took his supplements and got dressed for the day.
The day staff arrived, and handover was completed.
