Fela was assisted out of bath and dried. He had his sleep mix then went to his bedroom.
We went through the night routine and fela went to brush his teeth and use the toilet. We then came back to his room and we said a prayer followed by his sleep oil. I said good night to fela and left the door slightly ajar.
Fela used the toilet at 23:01 and went back to bed. He was asleep by 23:20. He then woke up at 4:05 and i prompted him to use the toilet. He used the toilet and went back to sleep. I then woke fela up at 7am and we came downstairs for his morning routine. He had his wake supplement and had a shower. I assisted him to dry up. He brushed his teeth, had his aloe and eskimo then had breakfast followed by his supplements. We then went upstairs and dressed for the day. Later fela came to relax downstairs. Mina and Val arrived for their shift and i handed over to them.
