On arriving me and claire went up Carla and Michaels to pick up fela. He was just finishing his refreshments. He then got his shoes on and then we got in the car. We went to get petrol and then to pick the aldi shopping up. We returned home and unpacked the car and fela took his shoes and coat off. I put fela some music on and then jade came to have a meet and greet. Fela gave her a smile. We then had lunch and fela ate well. Once finished fela went and sat in his chair the board was done and he continued with his music. At 1:07 fela became very agitated this lasted around 10 minutes on and Once fela had calmed he used toielt had big bowl movement , once fela had finsihed in bathroom he got his shoes on. Fela slip of chair and landed on the floor fela hot up abd finshed getting his shoes we then let to go education.
We arrived at 14.10pm we were little late as fela had his fall of the chair but I text liz let her know.
While ay education fela did very well abd was full of smiles. Then started to get very vocal and boarder line agaited so we decide to end the lesson at 14.41 and let fela relax . We then just getting ready to leave at 14.45 fela became very agaited clapping hands loudly, stamping feet, vocal I encouraged fela to remove his top. Emma went and got hankie and lavender from car, whil3 she was doing thst fela calmed enough for me to wipe his back he then sat down. We gave fela then hankie then headed to car fela was still agairlted but we encourage him out to car as he was hot so was the room so thought fela might be too hot he ran to car and got in and had his water. Fela started to relax once in car. Fela was at fall agaittion for 35 minutes.
Once fela had calmed we headed for home. On the way home we had just got before handford round about fela started to become agait3d so I pulled over put hazard on and exited the car fela became very agaited rocking backwards and forwards very vocal, this lasted about 10 min. Once fela had calmed we got back in the car and headed for home again. We had got about 5 min down road fela became agaited again and we had to pull over as I putting handbrake on fela took of his seat belt off and lent over seat I had got out car at this point. Fela sat down puy his seat belt back on. We left fela to calm. Fela calmed we headed for home. We was just turned in to Bellingham Lane and fela took of his seat belt lent over and tried pull at my shoulders in process he caught my hair and pulled it and my head jerked back slightly.I distracted fela abd told him to put his seat belt on and tell her what he wanted and fela did. We then pulled on the drive.
Fela got out of the car and went in house removed shoes. Dan and dario arrived and we gave handover
Fela was happy and smiling on our way out.
