Fela got out the bath at around 21:45 he did his routine well and used the toilet before getting into bed. We said prayer and o left his music on. Fela was in bed by 22:15. Fela was asleep by 11:15 and then awake at 1:30 he used the toilet at 2am and got back into bed fela might have had another half half hour between half 3 and half 4. Fela has been vocal for most of the night I went up to at 6:30 with his supplements tea and fruit. He then got in the shower and washed him self he then had 10 minutes. He got out the shower and did his routine well but very noisy. He was downstairs for 7:25. Breakfast and supplements had and is now listening to music with a cup of tea, he is now listening to music all ready for when Michael picks him up.
