I assisted Fela from the bath, dried his back and Fela did rest. We went upstairs and went through the night routine, Fela then brushed his teeth and after some messing and threading he got into bed. Gave a massage , said prayer, music on low and left. Fela was in bed for 21.55, was asleep by 22.30. Awoke 02.15, asked him to use the toilet which he did then got back in bed by 02.20 and was asleep again by 02.35. Slept through and awoke at 06.45. Used the toilet and I went up with supplements , tea and fruit at 07.00. Fela messed a little and then sat on his bed and had the supplements etc. got in the shower and went through the morning routine . Went down for breakfast at 08.00. Sat, said prayer and ate, sat after on his sofa and relaxed with music.
