I came for my shift at 09:00 am. I said hello to fela when i came. He was on his baseline. Took handover from VE. At the began of the shift fela was sitting on his dining table and was drinking water. My shift was with DW, EO. We checked and signed Petty cash. DW updated his TEACCH board and fela accepted. Fela was on his baseline. Then, we started doing our chores. Fela was relaxing on his comfy sofa after 09:05am. At 10:25am fela went to the toilet and passed urine. At 10:30 we left the house for lidl shopping. He requested to use the toilet there. He only passed urine and refused to engage with his shopping and requested to go back to his car. Myself and DW sat with him in his car where he had his snacks with smoothie. EO did all the shopping for him. At 12:00 noon we came back to his home. He had his lunch and his afternoon medication. He also dried some dishes with EO. Then he watched TV for short time. At 02:00 pm he went to the toilet and passed urine and also requested for having a nap. After short nap he woke up and we did makaton and reading. He refused to do writing. After that he had his snacks with his choice of cup of tea and stayed relax on his comfy chair and chit chatted with us. At 05:00pm Mina came for her shift. Fela is on his baseline. We signed petty cash. After handover i finished my shift.
