Received handover from Kingsley and Shahab and signed the petty cash. Fela was in the bath at the time. I greeted him, and he came out of the bath at approximately 9:42pm. We completed his evening routine calmly, and he was in bed by around 10:11pm. He fell asleep at approximately 10:30pm.
Fela woke up at 3:16am and was prompted to use the toilet. He used the toilet at 3:28am and returned to bed. He did not fall asleep immediately but eventually settled and slept again at around 4:40am.
Fela woke up for the day at 6:22am. We went downstairs and began his morning routine, followed by breakfast. Afterward, returned to his room and got dressed with minimal assistance and prompting.
Day staff,Mina and Kingsley arrived, handover was given, and petty cash was checked. Fela was sitting in the lounge, playing with fidget toy,appearing relaxed and enjoying music.
Fela is generally in a good mood today and has been quite playful and cheerful throughout the morning.
