Arrived at Fela’s with RP for our shift, Fela was almost finishing his water. CC rang to check up on Fela and also advised us on the day activities as the pollen level was high, also told us to expect MC & her as they will drop the Tesco shopping for us. VE gave handover to us and we said hello to Fela, he was a bit vocal and kept on asking for 5 minutes so we gave him space. The TEACCH board was updated and Fela was given an option on some exercise but he said no, the changes to the activity was because the high pollen level. I rang Green Door and informed them to carry over the booking to next week, MC & CC arrived at the house to drop off the shopping and also say hello to Fela who was having a foot spa and shoulder massager. After that we had lunch and pudding, he relaxed after this and later requested for a nap. The lounge was prepared for him and he had an hour of sleep, woke him up and prompted him to use the toilet, served him his snack and EO arrived for her shift and got handover. When leaving Fela was relaxed on his sofa.
