MH & MK gave handover, MK started cooking dinner as I went to update the TEACCH board and did the therapeutic activity (colouring car) with Fela. Afterwards he had his evening suppplement with a glass of water and went to use the toilet. He came to thread around in the dinning before sitting for a prayer and went all eat, he went to sit in the lounge once he was done with dinner. He has his sensory activity (neck massage and back scratch), he had his evening snack and phone mama with MK ‘s assistance. He had a shave and bath routine done by MK.
