All needs met in the bathroom, Fela passed urine before entering his bedroom at 22:10, he did little arrangement in his bedroom, drew curtains and then finally sat to be assisted through the evening routine. At 22:32 he got in bed, prayed and I left the room, leaving the door ajar and music on low. The fan was off because the room was quite good for sleep without the fan, he slept at 22:46, had a quick wake 00:13 prompted to pass urine and came back to sleep. He had his first wake at 4:11 went to pass urine again, I put on the fan on low as the room was a little stuffy although the door was ajar but this time he delayed so I had to keep on with some prompt and when he finished he wanted to wash his face but I didn’t allow it as I told him he needs to go back to bed and he can wash his face in the morning. He returned back to bed and slept at 5:46 and I woke him up this morning at 6:30. Fela he had a slow morning, when we came down for shower, breakfast and supplements, he had bowel movement, and had two glasses of water in addition to the two glasses he had already drank and washed his face. I went to help him get dressed after the glasses of water and handover to SS & WA.
