I arrived for my shift and fela was sitting in his rocking chair listening to music I said hello to fela then went and had handover from nadia and Dan.

Dan propmted fela into the bathroom he sst on the toielt and asked for 5. Dan then went into fela and prompted fela to get undressed and into the bath. Dan supported fela with personal hygiene.
