I propmted fela out of the bath at 21.45 he had his sleep tinticure and got himself dry
Fela used the toilet and past urine.fela then headed upstairs and completed his evening routine had creams applied and got pj’s on, fela went into bathroom cleaned his teeth and used the toilet past urine fela got into bed we said prayer and then i said good night. I applied a dressing to fela left keliod.
I left music on low for fela.
Fela was in bed for 10.00pm on checking the camera fela is asleep by 10.10pm
I heard fela at 3 am he used the toilet past urine then got back in to bed I heard fela on and of until 4am then he was at baseline on checking the camera he appears to be asleep 5am
I heard fela at 7.45 so I took fela refreshments up and sat with fela while he had them once fela had finished his refreshment I prompted fela in to the bathroom fela got undressed, used the toielt past urin then got into the the shower at about 8am I supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 minutes.
I went back up to fela at 8.10am and prompted him out of the shower fela got himself dry then completed his moring routine. Fela completed his routine well but was vocal throughout
Fela was downstairs by 8.30am am and sitting down for breakfast fela had breakfast at 8.35am fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Once fela had finished his breakfast he took his supplements.Micheal arrived and i gave handover.
