Shift Report:I prompted fela out of the bath at 21.55pm, fela got himself dry then used toielt abd past urine. Once finished in the bathroom fela headed up stairs. Fela hall creams and oils applied then got his night time ware on. Fela then went into the bathroom cleaned his teeth and then used toielt abd past urine. Once finished fela got into bed. We said prayer and good night.
Music left on low.
Fela was in bed for 22.25pm and appears to be asleep no later than 22.45pm
I didnt hear fela all night but on checking the cameras fela was awake from 3am ti 3.20 awake scratching back asleep
I then heard fela at 6.55 took refreshments up to fela, i sat with fela while he had theses. i then prompted fela into the bathroom. He used the toilet and past urine. Fela then got in to the shower and i supported fela with his personal hygiene. I then signed 10 mintues to fela.
I went back up to fela and prompted fela out of the shower got himself dry then we completed his morning routines. Fela completed this very well and was downstairs and sitting down for breakfast by half 8.
We said prayer then fela had his breakfast he ate neat and tidy, after wards fela took his supplement and drank his water .He then went and sat on the sofa.

On writing this report fela is sitting on the sofa.
Fela has been quiet this morning. even though he has slept well he seems to be slower a processing.
