I came in for both day and evening duty. Brandy handed over to Kingsley and me, and we all signed the petty cash. The TEACCH board was updated, and Fela agreed to go for a neighborhood walk. Household chores were done . We got ready and went for an hour and 5 minutes walk at Ford Green Park. Fela had his snack during the walk, and we returned home afterward. His clothes were changed, and he had his lunch and dessert. After lunch, Fela helped dry the dishes without being prompted, and he was then offered a 30 minute nap. The TEACCH board was updated when he woke up. He had his supplements and a snack before we did some education at home (story reading “Percy’s Bumpy Ride”), which he really enjoyed. He had his foot physio. Mercy arrived for evening duty, and we handed over to her. We all signed the petty cash. The TEACCH board was updated again, and dinner was prepared. Fela had his supplements and dinner. He declined to bounce on the gym ball and was offered a shoulder massage. Later, he had a shave, took his supplements and evening snack.
