fela git out the bath around 21:50, he did his routine well and was in bed with lights out at 22:15. fela was asleep for around 22:45 and slept straight through until 6am, he used the toilet and then i took his supplements up. he then had a shower and did his routine, he was down stairs for 7:35 and had breakfast and supplements, fela the sat on the sofa and listened to some music
