I helped Fela out of the bath. He was in room by 09:55pm. After all the night routines he was in bed by 10:08pm. He slept at 10:10pm then woke up by 02:10am. I prompted him to use the toilet, which he did. I went to his room to check the bed it was dry. I placed the blue weighted blanket on him and asked him to put on the eye mask. I then left him but he didn’t sleep again.
I went to his room around 06:15am. He used the toilet and then we went downstairs. He took his supplements and got showered. After prayer he had his breakfast, AM supplements. We went upstairs,he used the toilet and emptied his bowels. After dressed up back to the lounge he was relaxing and listening to music.
