Fela enjoyed his facial scrub in the bath. He was in bed and light out by 22:30. He has been fidgeting a lot so this delays the completion of his routines.
I didn’t hear him during the night except when I went to check on him at 3:15 – I heard him being vocal through the door. He sat up in bed , then I prompted him to the loo. He did a pee, fidgeted with a few things then returned to bed at 3:30. He was quiet again by 4:00.
I went up to check on him at 6:30. He was still sleeping so I decided to let him sleep until 7:30 when I went up to greet him. He gave me a big smile while lying down, and stirred gradually. I brought him his supplements, tea and grapes at 7:50. I chatted with him about things to thank God for, and read Psalm 148 – a psalm of thanksgiving which featured the weather. We practised the sign for Wednesday with ‘Makaton with Lucinda’.
Fela was in the shower at 8:30 after doing the board together. He was down for breakfast at 9:00. Fela left for his home with Dan and Julie just after 9:30.
*Fela has been quite vocal and sweating a lot which slowed down his morning routine. I also noticed his nose was bunged up so I prompted him to blow it on some tissue.
*I decided to administer echinacea x 1 capsule after breakfast for relief of cold/flu symptoms at early onset. A notice will be uploaded shortly about this treatment.
